1. What digitizing software do you use?
 
We use Rainbow,  Richpeace, Tajima and by Pulse digitizing software .
 
2.What format do you offer? 
We can provide most format, such as Emb(Wilcom and Tajima source file).EDD, .DST, .DSB, .DSZ, .EXP, .CND, .PAT, .SAS, .PLS, .DP, .DAT, .CAP, .KSM, .SEW, .JEF, .HUS, .PES, ESL, .XXX, .PCQ, .CSB, .EMT, etc. 
3. What artwork formats do you accept?
 
We can read all of the following formats: jpeg, tif, gif, pcx, jpg, cdr, cpt, ai, eps,pdf, wmf, pct or pict, bmp, We prefer jpg file
 
4. What is your turn-around time? 
We normally deliver within 24 hours. However, we do deliver within 12 hours for rush orders at no extra charge. You will have to specify that the order is a rush order in the Order Form for timely delivery. 
5. Do you run swatches of the designs before you send them to me?
 
Yes, we sew out each design (maybe even twice) till we are convinced of its smooth run on the machine before we send the digitized file to you
